  • This Melodie at 1:30 who know it?

  • You're all saying that this is such a good cautionary tale but why do we need to be cautioned about? What is so scary about Fascism? That is might actually work and make the world a better place?

  • @88cedric88: I am honest, i don't know much about national socialism. But if it's even a little like socialism and socialism even a little like Communism, than i would answer you: The problem is that it makes people false promises and tells them that to achieve those promises any class, race, group or person that allegedly stands in the way of reaching those false promises has to be done away with...

  • That symbol is actually hilarious to see. I see variations of it every where, every day at school.

We're 'The Wave' or 'The Green Wave'.

  • this is WAY better as the german version?? are you stupid? this movie sucks! and the german version looks more realistic i think, look at these monkeys...

  • Those were some dumb ass students not to figure out what the teacher was doing.

  • this movie sucks...the german is BETTER :D

  • Lmao my teacher did this, when you had to sit a way and walk around the classroom and hall..it was fun :]]

  • I think this video is a good cautionary tale. I had heard of this story, but didn't know it actually existed.

  • From what i've heard, it was THE most infamous experiment of the 60's. they had to pull the plug forcefully, because it was getting out of hand

  • Both versions are very good. I saw them both, the german version plays with the issue, that you can create an opressive state without any form of idea, or religion backing the idea. But I must admit that I liked the ending of this version way better, because it is much more shoking.

  • in my opinion, everyone has to decide for himself/herself, with film is better. i read the book and i saw the german version of the situation. i like both "versions". yes, it is hard to believe it is possible that it could happen again! but both "versions" are showing the same situation.

  • I know this is based closely on the actual event, but it's still hard to believe.

  • That scene when the entire class started to salute was so eerie it reminded me alot of "tomorrow belongs to me" from Cabaret

  • If my favorite teacher started doing something like this, I would be pretty darn suspicious.

  • I never knew they made a film about this class! You have all the awesome vids, Manu. THANK YOU SO MUCH
