  • Morel mushroom finding is better than sex!!!

  • just out of curiosity what do you do with these mushrooms after you find them?

  • @chelseafan4life09 Morel mushrooms are edible. You can fry them in butter with herbs and spices if you'd like.

  • Wow!

  • how much did that monster weigh?

  • Wow... congrats!

  • not only are they huge but they look to be very fresh and in good condition unlike most pictures I've seen of ones that get that big. Like with a big fish, you should take a couple of those to a taxidermist and make trophies out of them.

  • May you burn in hell for beating me to these mushrooms. They looked so delicious!!!! :-)

  • I'm in mid/Northern Michigan and they're just starting to pop out here. Had a nice small batch of 'em with some venison steak last night. None were quite that size though, heh.

  • im in northern indiana and found 3 or 4 lbs a couple hours ago

  • Thats some nice ones, did you say you found them in late may?I really have'nt been finding crap lately here in ohio.A couple of grey's.I know there prime spots too.I was wondering maybe its still to early?Great video

  • wondering the date of this find.. or general time of a month... ????

  • Late May, i think.

  • Nice! last year I found about 150 that size. it was amazing

  • oh my! those are some big ones. last year i found a bunch and thought they were really big, but they are nothing like yours. hehehehehe. thanks for commenting on our video. I LOVE MORELS, and I am soooo sad that they are pretty much done in our area.

i hear the season there on the west coast is much broader.

  • Wow!!!

  • Looks like some I found last year. Gotta love the big morels eh? :)

  • good god man. hell ya

  • wow

  • I wish! Most where smaller, just not that big. It was at the end of the season, in cottonwoods and MANY blackberry brambles. Boy did I have to work to get to them! Obviously worth it!. Thanks for commenting!

  • Jesus, myco, thems HUGE!

So glad folks are starting to make videos, it's like hunting at home. So jealous of your nice finds!

  • It cost you an arm & a leg to stuff them, they're huge Crassipes. Ours, here in Michigan should be starting in a week or so! Great job!
