Thanks, pissontheroof. David Allen Coe has been one of my biggest influence over the past few decades. He does country music that is so pure, so traditional, yet totally rebellious and untraditional at the same. "Cum Stains on My Pillow" comes to mind, with it's twin crying pedal steel, tugs at your heartstrings, but you don't know whether to laugh or cry.

Pepi was the first of my utube friends to get shut down for minor infractions out of hundreds of songs. He's since come back.

And, alas, since then, so many tuber friends have gotten shut down, he was just a leading indicator.

I think the real problem is the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). Utube may be required to take down vids and close accounts if demanded. But copyright law was never supposed to have utube deprive you of your favorites, your subscriptions, your email history, your subscribers and friends, etc., even if all of your vids were infringing. Not to mention the context of the vids. Not to mention the non-infringing vids. This is a copyright law gone haywire, IMHO.
