  • I keep coming back to this video as an example of the perfect sound of a V8. Nice idle with a low and deep sound.

  • She's Purring Sweet My Friend ! I Love Mopar, and i owned 2 1969 chrysler 300 models with the 440 Motor and one of them i built up to race years ago in the 70's. Great Video and Beautiful Car My Friend.

  • Hi JCuervo - it's a wonderful presentation of your 1956 Imperial sedan. What I wonder is: the warning light for the hold the car brake (because there was no park lock inside the gearbox 'til at least 1962 in Chrysler automatics) is lighting very bright. In my 1956 NY this light doesn't work. Did you ever exchange the bulb and when how did you do it? I'll appreciate your answer very much. Thank you.

  • nice. love watching videos of older cars starting up. thanks.

  • Please upload another video but this time hose the snow off first...

  • You would ratjer have a fancy kitchen than keep that beautiful car inside in a nice warm garage? People just don't have a sense of what's important these days.

  • purrs like a pussy cat but clean the snow off lol

  • HaHa Yes.. trust me I brushed off as much as I could. We got like a foot that night

  • Love the sound of that motor.

  • why don't you keep it covered?

  • Not usually kept outside during winter. Usually in the garage - just testing my new camera out during this huge snowstorm be4 I put it on Ebay. Cant hold on to it any longer

  • How much did you sell it for?

  • RUN IN TERROR, ELCRAPO JAP RICERS!!!!

  • sounds awesome!

  • Imperial was a separate make & division from 1955 on and was not a Chrysler. Please see "Imperial (automobile)" in Wikipedia for details.

  • Geez man! Whats a beauty like this doing out in the snow? Lost storage?

  • christine

  • 331 hemi??

  • 1956 would be a 354 Hemi, the 331 in 56 had Polyspherical heads only, and was relegated to the Windsor and Saratoga taking the place of the 55 301 Poly.

  • yes Firebird is correct. it is the 354 Hemi greatest engine ever!!

  • Fabulous car! It's nice to hear the beautiful sound of that hemi again! I used to have a 1956 Imperial 2 door Southampton, but sold it ten years ago to a collector from New Jersey.
