  • lol grant

    nice

thot you were doin a little dance on the little pilar blocks

  • unfortunately I can't train at the moment due to "Osgood Schlatters Disease" and i can't do anything like squatting (basically it hurts if my knee is bent and there is weight on it) so it's painful to use stairs, anyway i was wondering what upper body training you recommend I'm already doing abdominal exercises eg. Sit-ups & I'm also doing push ups pull ups handstands etc. is there anything you could recommend?

  • Check out zeno's 'conitioning for parkour' videos.

    I think he commented below.

  • @StreetDevilz

I suffered from the same problem, but cured my self using kibadachi stance. do it against a wall and hold for at least 1 minute and work up to 10 minutes, remember to keep your bum in as much as possible, will build up the muscle around the knee and stop pain. make sure you start using knee all the time, but with as little load as possible and increase to your full body weight and then light landings etc...

  • Great fresh ideas, cheers for sharing!
