you might think about some handstand training to strengthen your arms... do stuff like timed 'runs' for 100m, handstand presses, one arm balances, etc. I would also suggest some balancing with kettlebells-- find different ways to hold the kettlebell while doing some kind of balancing excersice and see how long you can keep it up. If your arms were even close to your leg strengh, you could beast on everyone... just a thought.
unfortunately I can't train at the moment due to "Osgood Schlatters Disease" and i can't do anything like squatting (basically it hurts if my knee is bent and there is weight on it) so it's painful to use stairs, anyway i was wondering what upper body training you recommend I'm already doing abdominal exercises eg. Sit-ups & I'm also doing push ups pull ups handstands etc. is there anything you could recommend?
I suffered from the same problem, but cured my self using kibadachi stance. do it against a wall and hold for at least 1 minute and work up to 10 minutes, remember to keep your bum in as much as possible, will build up the muscle around the knee and stop pain. make sure you start using knee all the time, but with as little load as possible and increase to your full body weight and then light landings etc...
well it seems like everyone else, i too have just started putting alot more work into my rail balance and coordination lately. love the training methods, cant wait to put a few of the ones i havent tried yet to work
