I use an animation program called MikuMikuDance (i use the direct x9 version) Then i Use Kinect's motion Tracking for the movements and i animate face by hand then add music export it to a 4GB AVI file take it into Windows Live Movie Maker and add the titles text and other elements then compress it to an AVI file about 100-200MB and use the Publish to Youtube Option in WLMM
