  • Ingridient: some kind of fish porkloin 150g red and green chili(fresh) 20g Green Onion 50g garlic cloves 100g spicy bean paste 35g NaCl 3g skinned gingers 12g minced ginger 3g MSG 2g chinese yellow cooking wine 15g Soy sauce 5g cornstarch 15g vege oil 75g stock(chicken?) 300g
  • cut fish into strips, add salt, MSG, wine, green onion and ginger(smashed flat), mix, set aside. gotta run, remind me to type the rest up.
