quite an impressive show of skills, looks smooth and quick, I just wish more people in the martial arts world would practice more before showing any kind of technique, like the man in this video
I am 51 years old now, I learned 洪拳 with him for 6 years since I was 15. I am glad to see my Shi Fu is still is such good shape at the age of 69. His move and stance is the best of any other 洪拳 demonstration I have seen.

@oyamarovic Yes, it's hard to believe, right? His father, Lam Cho, even trained kungfu till the age of ca. 100.
