I always liked Alison and she was funny when she was drunk :P. But I can understand that people started to dislike her at that point (season 3). Especially when she got Amanda's job and started acting bitchy towards everyone. I loved her in season 1 and 4 the most. The end of this video is really beautiful as someone else commented "she looks angelic".

Alison is underrated, she was the heart of season 1 and the character that held the show together before Amanda came along. She got a little boring in season 2 but she was still okay, season 3 however seem to be when people started hating her. She became a whiny alcoholic, thank god they redeemed her character in season 4 when she was the sweetest. She once again became a little boring in season 5 but at least she got a good ending (well sort of). Too bad she didn't end up with Billy though.

@JerryGyan I really loved Alison in season 3, when you say people started hating her. She, in a wrong way found the way to be free and leaving responsibilites on a side coz she was always the perfect girl since ever... She really deserved some fresh air.

Well Michael was pretty much always bitter. And yeah, I'm not happy that Sydney was killed off again, but her death is what this season is all about. She's pretty much the main star. They brought Jane back and improved her character a lot, Jo is returning in a few episodes, and Amanda will be back in November. I think it'll get better, it has a lot of potential.

The writers planned for Billy/Alison to get married, at the series finale. We were supposed to see a shot of them getting hitched, but Andrew Shue wouldnt return. But anyway it was ALWAYS Billy in Alison heart, she never gave her heart and soul to any man BUT him. THey hurt each other for 4 years, but loved each other, thats why their goodbye is so sad, because he wanted to leave with her, and she wanted him to go. But Andrew stayed for 1 more year, and ended up with Michael sister. B/A fan.

Thanks for that info. Yeah, it should've been Billy and Alison getting married in the last episode, instead of Peter and Amanda. Since Alison and Billy opened up the show, they shoul've ended it too.

Why is everyone hating on Alison? She wasn't a bitch at all. I felt bad for her, she went through a lot. Keith stalked her and tried to rape her, then killed himself while on the phone with her. Amanda was a bitch to her at the office most of the time, and her dad was a child molester who molested her and her sister. She also got pregnant and then lost the baby. Give the woman a break! She went through a lot!

Allison was cute in season 1 (except for few episodes) season 2, 3, and 5 she became very annoying and she would never admit her mistakes.(season 4 she was fine) She hurt many characters in MP, Amanda was the only obe who wouldn't put up with her issues. Alot of things that Amanda tell her in season 1 is 100% true. Keeep watching and you'll see, MP is a great show season 3 was my favorites

Alison didnt truly love Jake, she was hurt by what Billy became, some male version of Amanda, so she started seeing Jake. Something the REAL Alison NEVER would have done. Jane went psycho because of it, and Billy learned to accept it, but Alison let Jake go, and pretended to be sleeping with other guys, and her last scene was a PASSIONATE KISS with Billy. That was who she truly loved and wanted. The show got stupid, because Jake nor Alison ever would have slept together. They loved Billy to much
