@yateslucy He had a cowboy/train themed party. The front door was the entrance to the "train depot" with the "ticket booth" (I did the invitations like train tickets). I had a railroad crossing sound out front on the porch, and the train sounds on a stereo when they entered. Then, I made one of our rooms a saloon with some old time piano music playing. We "panned for gold" with spray painted gold rocks out in the back yard with painter's tubs full of sandy water. It was a blast!
FYI: Prism Video converter is free (after the free trial, you downgrade to the free version). Switch Sound file converter is free (after free trial, you downgrade to the free version). I got them from NCH software's website. Just google it. When you download videos from youtube, you have to convert the flash video to a wmv, and then you can take the wmv and convert the sound part of it to an mp3, or wma, or whatever. Enjoy!

@AngryYoudoodlerNo69 I downloaded different train sounds, converted the flash videos to wmv's, converted the wmv sound files to wma's and compiled them onto one sound file using windows movie maker.I put that clip on youtube so that I could download the flash video again in order to convert it as described above, and burn it to a CD.The redundancy was because my system crashed once while I was working on the project.It was played as background sound effects at my sons b-day party.
@PETERPIPER2100 THanks. We can thank all the other uploaders of train sounds on youtube. I only spent several hours listening to different ones, and gathering together the ones I liked onto one clip. So, they aren't mine. They are just the really good ones that are already out there on youtube.
Why the hell would u play this at ur kids party?
I would have taken the cake and run....unless he likes trains!
