Good video - bullies get power by pushing people and seeing how they respond. If you get picked on and don't immediately stand up for yourself you show you're afraid of them. Then they have power and won't let go. If you miss the first opportunity it gets alot harder.

Getting over your fear means realising being afraid all the time is worse than standing up to them. I've done it on two separate occasions and it worked both times! Awareness is the key so thanks.
