I drove through Philly. A car was on fire, people were barbecuing ( not in the car fire, but what's the difference), and had no knowledge of anything outside of their own neighborhood ( I asked for the most general directions and I was met with empty vapid looks and shrugged shoulders "I'm from West Philly.
