  • just commented on an earlier video made back in 2004. This looks a lot more promising.

  • During the Fook Saus you weren't really on the centerline, and as others said keep your elbows down and close. Nice form on one leg.

  • Nice balance Strong legs .brother.Try closing your eyes and Do the snt on one leg each side. You made it look too easy. Close your eyes and stand on one leg I think your ready.

  • looks good slow... centerline looks a bit exposed... nice form

  • Not gonna criticise, I've only had like, 5 lessons, but if I ever need reference I always watch Ip Chun, Ip Mans videos are too hard to watch xD

  • but your elbows are too open. you have to keep them close to your body...

i go to a school in the same lineage of yip man.

yip man passed ving tsun to moy yat

who passed it to sunny tang

who passed it to my sifu wayne belonoha

  • Yes, all lined up only at the end of the movement, else if you line them all up at once you miss the purpose of the slow movement of this exercise. The elbow starts from the outside and comes inside because you start the TAN after the punch. See Yip Man: /watch?v=uy3_nSXpBLw
