Yes, all lined up only at the end of the movement, else if you line them all up at once you miss the purpose of the slow movement of this exercise. The elbow starts from the outside and comes inside because you start the TAN after the punch. See Yip Man: /watch?v=uy3_nSXpBLw

During the Fook Saus you weren't really on the centerline, and as others said keep your elbows down and close. Nice form on one leg.
