mmm it's not easy for violin, it's more difficult than chelo I think...I'm playing now this caprice, and the distance and character it's more more difficult. The character on chelo it's like the wind, it's not like a devil smile's.
ok..if this is your secondary activity..well then please tell me where you work..so the first accident I have..I promise I'll come to your hospital..!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you can be both...why not? physicians make hella money, musicians dont make that much so he can play his cello and not starve for it! sounds like a good deal to me...
Actually there are some trios for violin, cello, and guitar and I think perhaps some violin and cello duos too, not that that really counts. Really nice playing! Just want to point out though that on the passage with the long segment of octaves, it goes from E flat to C sharp to D and repeats a couple times, you kind of play a C natural. Really good job though.
Sometimes it's fun to play high up on the cello. One can play faster and clearer on the higher notes. The bass notes are great, too, but Paganini didn't write anything for the cello.
Thank you. Finding time to practice is always a struggle but it's something I feel I must do. Hope you enjoy my other videos. Will post a great deal more in the future. If you'd like to learn more about music and medicine, visit my website at www.ermusic.org.

the cello is very low, but whatever. we don't all have to play like rostropovich. great playing. the cello itself has a very nice sound as well.

this is an amazing recording, the intonation is perfect, especially for the double stops, which is really hard to do. amazing..

i dont play cello, but i will, and i have a question.
why people that play cello dont use the bass notes? why make it sound like a violin?
