if you try this at home please wear safety specs see 1:02 offcut moving rapidly. i use ones that look like sunglasses so you can retain your cool factor!
Nice festool mitre saw!..Like the idea of the activating pen..i usually use mitre mate but its to quick(not much open time).Whats the pen and activator called pls?
yep, i always cut all cornice and lighting rail (pelmet) in one go.then use mighter mate to stick the cornice all together as one,and then the lighting rail.can get a bit tricky some times trying to maneuver around.and it only takes that one little 'dink' and game over, cut a new bit lol
Not all kitchens are this big the demo video is showing the supa glue and actipen in the installation kit and how strong the joints are after 10 seconds of bonding time. Whenever possible this method is used in our showroom fits and domestic fits.
The end panel was missing at the time but the thickness of the panel was added to the wall unit side panel this allowed me to get the bisection point right. The new end panel will be fitted later. The show must go on and we need to work around simple problems to get the job done. Confidence comes with experience .

This was a dry fit Kitchen in a training room but now it's offices. I enjoyed meeting new fitters and sharing a few tricks of the trade.

This looks good. It just needs some nice Bar stools to finish it off

Mitre Pen Or Acti-pen Both same product. If you use it once you will not go back to spray.
Will cover approximately the same area as 3 x 200ml tins of standard aerosol activator spray. Suitable for use with all cyanoacrylate superglues

You obviously install cornices in kitchens the size of warehouses.

How on earth can you assemble all the cornice in one go. Obviously you only install in kitchens the size of warehouses.

Couldn't help but notice that the décor end panel is missing off the right hand wall unit, does this mean that the cornice is now too short?
