Does anyone know how to put all your info and pictures from your phone to the computer??

@Bagofcoffee 2 ways. connect a special cable from bottom of phone to usb. or on phone menu, put save all to memory card,then remove memory card from phone. get a memory card reader.it plugs to usb and plug memory card to it. your computer displays all files on memory card. (also can add mp3 songs to card this way)

I have this phone and i have cricKet and it sucks. Its a cheap plan but the phone was 250.00 and my mom wasnt happy about that, but it says i have stuff that i can use on it and it doesnt even show up on the phone, even when i took it in to see if they could clash it and download more stuff to it, it still doesnt work.

Consider that if you install the Youtube Downloader on the phone and then save the video on the memory card - it should work.
