what makes this the greatest fight scene in cinema history is not just the length or sheer awesomeness, but rather the context. You have to remind yourself (if you've seen the movie) that this is what happens when two homeless guys in an alley are fighting over a matter of principle. On TV they use Motion blur when there is motion so 30 FPS look like 60 FPS but I still can see. I play with LCD now and at 60 FPS I can see frames jerking when the camera do a rotation. ON TV they try to not rotate the camera but in game you control the camera so it is more visible.
