@pivotnaza They have signal keys, if they had a theme every time they were present, it would be too easy, instead each one has different sounds that play when they spawn, when they are nearby and they also make different vocal noises when they are nearby or if they look at a survivor. There is however an Infected Team Theme, which plays when they severely beat the survivors and also as part of The Monsters Within.
