  • I've got the exact same bike ! it truely is a joy to ride and I find it very comfortable for a Sportsbike, being that I'm 6 "3" tall ! Safe riding !!! :)

  • I have the exact bike. This bike is a true joy to ride! Honda did one hell of a job on this bike. Safe riding my friend !

  • I thought you were serious about the beginning. Haha

  • Hi Intrepidman, can i ask about what come with the new honda cbr 600rr?

any manual book and tool ?

  • @Vy2908,

It came with a pretty good manual, and a single allen wrench, lol. There is precious little room in the 'trunk' due to the undertail exhaust.

  • never drove a bike, just car, but I'm thinking of buying one...wondering how's the feeling :D

  • @GabrielKore,

It's completely different. Cars are slow, lean away from corners, go in the direction you steer them, protect you from the elements, etc.

A bike like mine is the closest thing a civilian can come to flying a fighter jet. Rather than just buying one I strongly recommend taking a Motorcycle Safety Course to see if you even like it, and help you survive. IMHO too many people buy bikes without an endorsement and end up getting badly hurt or permanently killed.

  • @Intrepidman thanks for the suggestion :D

    Cheers! :)

  • Nice bike , Berts mega mall? I juss hope u didn't get rapped on the deal man...

  • @GuerrilleroSlick ,

Naw, I called OTD first. It's paid for now, and on it's 4th set of tires, (or fith, I lost count).

  • Hi there, i really like that bike, as i am not in america, and i wish to bike the bike straight from a dealer, so do you think you can help to connect with any dealer which they can do export to Cambodia?

    thanks

i like your bike a lot.

  • You can try calling the place I got it from, Bert's Mega Mall.

    001-626-974-6600

  • thanks, i will try and see what i can do.

    So how is CBR performance?

  • Insane.

  • very sexy babie you got there....

    :-)

  • Hey great vid! Why did you go with the cbr rather than some other bike like a r6 for instance?

  • I wanted ABS.

  • Ok. i see you had another bike as well, so do you think the CBRwith abs is better than just a regular CBR? and if so why? just curious cuz im about to get one and i wasn't really sure if it was that much of a difference.

  • The ABS does weigh a little more, and it costs more. However, I think its worth it. The brakes are so good it's unbelievable. I never have to worry about locking up my front tire again.

  • Great! Thank you! You should make more videos showing that off, its a great bike.

  • Two Thumbs Stay Safe ^_^

  • thanks, u2

  • emissions on motorcycles are MUCH worse than on cars.

  • I don't know about that. AFAIK the rate for new bikes is 0.8 g/km for 2008+ (whatever that means).

Bikes get much better gas mileage (on average) than cars. They also don't have to sit in traffic (at least in the People's State of Taxiforinia), so they arn't sitting there at 10 MPH.

That's a really tough claim to prove.

  • just search motorcycle vs. car emissions. First result I got was an LA times article

"3.6% of registered vehicles and 1% of vehicle miles traveled, yet they account for 10% of passenger vehicles' smog-forming emissions in the state. In fact, the average motorbike is about 10 times more polluting per mile than a passenger car, light truck or SUV, according to a California Air Resources Board comparison of emissions-compliant vehicles... even small ones, are more polluting than Hummers"

  • im not telling you to not ride a bike ir anything - i have one myself, just letting you know FYI.

  • actually reading further - motorcycles emit less Carbon Daioxide (global warming) but more carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon emissions (aka smog and atmosphere) but sitll alot worse overall than a car. whatever - i didn't get a bike to help the earth i got it to help me.

  • me too. I was being sarcastic for the first minute of the video.

  • it the 11k here in the us. Perfect bike by the way getting one in about six months

  • I think you'll love it. If you live in the People's State of Taxifornia check out OTD motorsports. Last time I checked they were $9,600 OTD, IIRC.

  • Awesome bike, been thinking if getting the 600 with ABS also. It's either that one or the Triumph 675. I'm a big Triumph fan. Enjoy that machine, thumbs up.

  • I have a Sprint ST myself.

  • Ohhh!! My God. You like a monster of Michael Jackson Thriller... This bike is not for you.

  • BEAUTIFUL, will you be adding any mods or are you gonna leave this beaut stock?

  • I'm thinking of carbon fiber rims. :)

  • Redhaze92 said,"yu look horrible and too old for a bike yu remind me of a zombie no matter what bike yu are riding yu wont be getting ANY pussy yu creature "

What were you hoping to accomplish by posting that?

  • Deprived troll.. you know.... BTW nice bike! Hope to get the ABS one too but 13k here in Hawai'i =(

  • like evreybody is fucking perfect?

i bet he already got married and wont be hunting pussy on his cbr so let the man in its value. will ya?

  • i should think hes not after pussy you dumb fuck. hes like 50, probs has a family an shit.

  • I got my FZ6R for $7,400 OTD with 5 year unlimited mileage warranty also.

  • NICE. The Honda is rather spendy. I'm lucky and the price was not really an issue.

  • That's good man enjoy your bike and happy riding.

  • You too. Keep the rubber side down.

  • Once I master my FZ6R I'm getting the CBR 1000 hopefully it will have ABS also.

  • The FZR6R is an awesome bike. If you would like some advise, take some road racing courses and start taking some track days. You will be AMAZED on how fast your 'little' bike is.

Personally, I don't see the point of getting the 'bigger' bikes. There is only so much HP that the rear tire can take. The 600s have a much 'softer' power delivery, so they are safer. The 1000s are just WAITING for you to mess up with the throttle. And the 600s are lighter, so they handle better.

  • Sweet bike dude, my 1st bike is the 2009 Yamaha FZ6R 600cc. Wanted that CBR but the price was out of my range for a 1st bike.
