Now that's a stupid answer. I already am learning Russian at school, but I do not know it enough. And if you want the world to know Russian movies and culture, it's going to be hard if you ask them to know the language first... That's the big problem of Russian film export industry !!!! By the way, if you were a bit more learned, you would know many more people speak French than Russian in the world (look up on Internet comrade) : 223 million against 170 million for Russian.

Now if you don't want to export your culture, I'm not going to force you, all I was saying is if you want the world to discover your movies, you've got to subtitle them.
