There are some horribly exploitative for-profit agencies out there that pocket revenue off of the low wages, lack of benefits and sometimes even violation of wage and labor regs. BUT this is a conveniently edited video which charges this agency is holding a "union busting meeting" without showing the process by which the topic of unionization is brought up. It seems that the attendees directs a question we do not here and then the new director is very uncomfortable addressing it.
