Still at this place on my 2nd playthrough. I'm sick of that Jealous Bass. And I don't have the motivation to level-up. Mainly because if you're short on lives you have to go back to the bath again and it's nearly impossible to evade all enemies. Same goes for when you're fully healed and you want to go to the Jealous Bass with your lifebar full. You always have to fight a few enemies which reduces your health again.

Protip for beating the Jealous Bass & co.: Stock up on pencil rockets and give them all to Boney because he moves first. Then fire them along with PK Love, stopping to heal and stuff when necessary.

Also all the DP you've collected isn't given to you. The frogs hold onto it until you withdraw it. It took me a while to realize this... xD

@TheSlickAndroid Also Nintendo was worried about the sales in Mother 3 because of Earthbounds "this game stinks" campaign which is Nintendo of america fault and because america wasnt ready RPG's also the Nintendo wanted Itoi to change the name of mother to avoid the issues which he refuses to do, and plus Mother 3 and Earthbound has Sex themes, alcohol references, Drugs and Mushrooms (Nintendos thing) Violence, Blood and Cursing and yet people dont like game because its too "childish" -_-

ha I got my friend an emu and M3 translated rom, and i was surprised at how good he was for his first time around and we were at school and he explained to me that he got stuck on this part and kept on dying and i asked "Did you get the PSI?" and he said "yeah" and i asked "Dont you use LIFE UP" and he replied "Oh yeah by the way what does that do?"
