Well, that minibar is a piece of shit. Because half of its functions are already available thanks to keyboard shortcuts(which are notably faster than clicking - ever heard of Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, et caetera?)

About those personal information and metadata - the fact that MS Office even saves such things on every document without notice is a sin. How do we know if these data don't leak out directly to Microsoft?

Office 2007 is not the best soft on the world, and certainly it's not worth its price.
