  • Talent, pure talent.

  • Holy ...THe top one s a 12 strings ... I've never tapped on that but ... It doesn't look easy.

  • i feel i must learn this before my soul will be complete...

  • All I can say is WOW!

    I love music...

  • this shit is the most epic thing i think ive ever seen

  • Amazing tapping skills

  • where can I get the tabs?

  • you dont tab this kind of music.....its either played or listened to......if you cant play it from hearing...... dont bother with tabs...at least i think.......couldnt imagine tabbing this

  • @Jah1261

It can be tabbed, if you're a pro and it's your style. It's not as popular to listen to or play than standard guitar playing, so of course it'd be extremely difficult for people unfamiliar with that style to tab it out.

  • omg hes a god....

  • very nice

  • That must be a bitch to restring

  • Haha yeah.

  • i'd pay someone else to do it lol. its like stringing 3 guitars bascily.

  • not when the 12-string neck only has 6 on it...

  • 6+6+6=18 strings. so BASICLY its like tuning 3 guitars... Basicly.

  • I was just trying to tell you that t-cophony only has 6 strings on his 12-string neck....so 6+6=12

  • oh my bad, how can you tell tho?

  • I talked to him through e-mail. he is also sponsored by elixir strings

  • And to get in tune......

  • I'd tap that!

  • Hahahah

  • I simply love it.

  • This is very good, I can't touch it. Almost all tapping pieces are solo works, tapping both rythm and lead. I wrote a tapping piece that is rythm based leaving room for bass, drums, and lead. Check it out! (tapology)

  • absolutely amazing. i can only wish i could play like that.

  • ANYONE who plays any instrument and does it for fun or a living should be congratulated and loved for what they do no matter how good or bad they may be. I hate it when people compare band or people. Why not just appreciate both on what they have....and keep on living, enjoying great music.

  • @stealdream Truer words I've never heard

  • @BottledMusic Thank you very much. Wow... its been a while since i wrote that.

Hopefully it triggers something in people and take the advice.

  • @stealdream one of the best if not THE best peacemaking comment I read on youtube (and i read most of them out of the little amount there are) nice thinking, like it

  • @RCTparks Thank you. ^ ^ Much appreciated. Glad there are those who think in the same wavelengths.

  • @stealdream LOL! to my own comment, No pun intended. hehe...

  • @stealdream

This is the only Comment needed under every music video here!

  • @Cheerfully0Depressed: Thank you. I listen to this song when I need to get thought the day or just having a rough time... and the comments help so much. Thanks again. : )

  • Man this is beautiful

  • "plus hese kinda cheating with the dropped tuning on the lower neck" that makes zero sense...I like Justin King but he gets old after a while because the only tuning he uses is DADGAD which makes his songs sound the same

  • Justin king sucks compared to t-cophony anyway...and by the way both of the necks are tuned the same

  • T-Cophony and Justin King don't even compare. T-cophony > JK ANYDAY son.

  • Thank you....you are right. I mean, don't get me wrong Justin King is really good but he plays differently than this guy does and has somewhat of a different style. But as far as expressing emotion through the music and being creative with this style, T-cophony is better by far. and by the way, the tuning on both necks are the same trust me.....same with "Blind Memory" and "Closed"..just different capo arrangements

  • Wow Man I Am In Awe

  • Wow awesome! 5/5

  • sounds like a lighter guage to me

  • I wonder how he gets that tone from his guitar. I can never get that on my acoustic... And my acoustic isn't cheap in any way at all. Maybe it's the strings.

Anyone got any string suggestions to mimic his tone?

  • ... Really? lol. Its not the strings dude. the price of your guitar means nothing. You just have to be so familiar with the guitar.. Of course strings effect the sound, btu only to an extent.. you gotta know all the natural harmonics, and for this particuliar song and all of his double necked guitar ones he uses 2 different tunings. Hammer-ons, pull-offs, fretboard tapping with two hands. Just keep practicing, watching, youllfigure it out dude.

  • I think the tuning on this is c#g#c#f#bd#. It's also used in "Mink". I could be wrong, but it seems like a common tuning for him.

  • close, but no.. And "Mink" is in DADGCE

  • Anyone know what tunning he is playing in.

  • 5 stars. alot of people attempt to do things differntly. few keep their musicality. these are great compositions!

  • This guy is ridiculously talented, i wish it were just him playing with nothing in the background, his music is so awesome!

  • i agreee fully asdfghbvxxxv,

    kjbfykagastngtntnftvstkinvtavn!!!

  • I Know Right

    fjeafosejdopjopj oisrhgoisegh oipdsopeghoip[hefpoiesfhoipesf hp

  • I wish i could get a tab of this. Its so beautiful.

  • hes 24

  • this can't be a kid, even tho it looks like a kid

  • Micheal Hedges would be proud...

  • rofl you dont know how many times ive read this in all of his songs

  • well, go ahead and call me a t-cophony fanboy....

but i think michael hedges would be jealous....! T-coph, you are such an inspiration to a lot of your fellow guitar players!

  • "Oracle" is my favorite guitar album i've ever bought. It's amazing.

  • Hedges was one of a kind. I don't know how or why you would compare anyone to him. I like T-cophony, he puts new character into this style of playing.

  • I agree.

  • woah! hes doing fingerstyle on 12 string on the top neck!

    thats crazy

  • both necks have 6 strings on it..he took off 6 strings on his 12 string neck

  • I agree with xzgreedx.

    This is amazing guitar. Wonderful.

Notice the synth-ish background stuff too, so it's been through the processor, obviously. Nonetheless, it's great playing!

  • real way to play what the hell they talkin about i listen to all kinds of rock and death metal but this by far is the true way to play a guitar

  • Some people dont. I play this kinda music and people dont like it casue they say its not the "real way to play guitar" so whatev.

  • what the heck are those f**kin retards talkin about its 100 times more than basic guitar can do. dude, please, punch them in the face for me. lol.

  • Maybe i just know alot of assholes

  • how could anyone hate this... beautiful music.

  • Somebody might what tuning it is ??

  • ooh I know i know

  • That's some talent right there, it's a shame not very many people saw this video, you should become extremely famous y'know
