  • joe is a subhuman peice of shit

  • They do not "have the right to ask questions". That is not written down as a law anywhere anytime. We the people DO have the right not to answer the police's questions.

Don't get me wrong joe arpaio is leaps and bounds ahead of most sheriffs, but dammit man get a clue on constitutional rights.

  • @ronaldneil I understand the laws very well. See my homepage video.

  • @TheHossUSMC

I watched your video encounter. Well done.

He had the right to ask but, did not have the right to punish you if you did not comply. So, we agree.

Hey, you did a masterful job of making the point that we must learn and exercise our rights.

  • IM GLAD ALL OF YOU GOT TO SEE WHAT KIND OF A MINDLESS ROBOT APRIO IS !

I CAN'T BELIEVE NO ONE IN AZ ISN'T MAN ENOUGH TO END HIS TYRANNICAL REIGN !!! WTF AZ ???? WHERE ARE YOUR PATRIOTS ?

  • The lawless Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not going to let the Constitution interfere with anything he wants to do. It is obvious he does not like the Constitution or the idea of Freedom and Liberty. He likes laws to enforce against people.

  • The lawless Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not going to let the Constitution interfere with anything he wants to do.

  • Arpaio is a criminal himself!

  • I agree with Trevticks about the underlying problem All the laws must withstand the constitution(s) the State constitutions must stand within a republican form of government and also the supreme law of the land. Re read the supremacy clause Sheriff Joe its called article 6 Any law that violates the constitution is notwithstanding in law.

  • This video is just scratching the surface of our American rights. Mack says, "If it violates the constitution, Im not going to enforce it." Well how about S510 where it is being attempted to make it illegal to have your own garden? How about the fact that the American gov't says they can put a GPS tracker on your car because there is no expectation to privacy to your driveway where your car is parked? These topics need to be discussed too.

P.S. I agree w/Joe, this is a national security issue.

  • @dudeman1109 This is where people don't protest we flat out reject it and nullify it let Barack Obama enforce that one for the white house garden I saw his wife open up with DC school children's help. Wonder if she gave people some of the produce we can charge her.

  • @dudeman1109 My answer is to build the highest fence possible with in codes and lock the car inside.

  • Sheriff Mack Vs Sheriff Arpaio?!? WTFFH? Only on Fox. This is like watching wrestling.

  • Just Think If all Sherife was like this Ex. Sheriffe, and were not corrupted and wouldnt Suck up to So called bigger Corrupt Polotishens, then No one, no one could destroy America as they are doing now..Wake up America......The Holl world is crossing their fingers for you, and Hoping that YOU win this war against EVIL.....

  • traffic violations are not crimes

  • @FreedomCanada2010 Yes they are, if they weren't there wouldn't be a bench warrant issued which could land U in jail if they are ignored.

  • Mexicans belong in Mexico!

  • @CelticSouthland Yeah and the Celts belong in Europe! mainly Ireland! hahahahaa just kidding but really go have a potato!

  • @EztliAztecatl LOL. Nice one.

  • sheriff joe follows the laws on the books if ppl dont like it change the law hes right on dont blame him blame the ppl made the law hes just enforcing them

  • @sirus10 "The people" don't make the laws, the same corrupt system does.

  • Sherrif Mack understands that laws that are unconstitutional are not laws at all and should not be enforced.

  • I believe in what Joe Arpaio is doing, but employers of illegal aliens must be severely punished if this country is ever going to get this problem under control.

  • Every person with a Driver's license can be stopped by a Cop, if they run a traffic light, or make an Illegal turn. If you don't produce a Driver's license, then a ticket for a Misdemeanor, for Driving without a license can be issued to the Driver. Likewise, for the failure of producing an Insurance card, or valid Registration, or if your Inspection is expired. Now, if during questioning, after a valid traffic stop, it's learned that the Driver is Illegal, then the Law applies.

  • @PattonsWhip This assumes that everyone must carry ID at all times. Or do you just want certain persons to be IDed? Care to name the classes of citizens you want permanently IDed?

  • watcher8o: People already carry ID with them, everyday. It's called a Driver's license. They also carry Credit cards, Bank cards, Pool passes, and Club memberships. Who do you know that doesn't have a card with their name on it?

  • @PattonsWhip You are not required to carry ID unless you are doing something such as driving that would require you to. What you fools want is for everybody to be tagged so that law enforcement can have a heyday controlling the population. You idiots don't even think that far, you just say "illegal, get 'em!" just like the Germans said "Jew, get 'em!" It ended up killing everybody's freedoms, just as this police state control act will kill ours.

  • watcher8o: What you Shitheads should be bitching about is the REAL ID Act. But that would have every Real American carrying a Governemnt ID, and you don't have a problem with that. Just leave the Spics, and other Illegals alone, right asshole? How about the North American Union, and the SPP? No comment from you, and your shit-for-brains pals on the Radical Left.

  • @PattonsWhip And for the hispanic American citizen who doesn't drive and is visiting AZ from another state, what would you do with them? Deport first, ask questions later? The problem is that if a cop in AZ pulls a car full of hispanics over, he's going to now have the ability to check everybody's ID, and if you don't have any, what then?

  • watcher8o: Well then, it's "Adios, amigos" until they can produce a document that states that they are Citizens of one of the United States. I don't want a pity party for the Spics that think they can wiggle their slimey way through our Country. Why aren't you this pissed off over the REAL ID Act, which would require every American Citizen to carry a Government ID, with a Radio chip in it? Because you suck Illegal Alien ass, that's why. Do you use a Highway Toll Pass? Why?

  • @PattonsWhip How about you? Other than your driver's license (which is not acceptable alone) do you carry any other IDs that certify your citizenship? You know, this law does not allow profiling, so when your lily ass gets pulled over and you can't provide your Birth Certificate, I think it will be really funny when you get taken away to the dungeon until your mother can dig out your certificate. Enjoy your police state.

  • watcher8o: Becuase I have a lily white ass, I can assure you, shit eater, that I won't be stopped. That doesn't preclude me from any traffic stops along my way, but then, I do drive a car with a vaild Driver's license, Registration, and Inspection sticker. You can busy yourself riding your skateboard to your next Anarchist meeting, Moron. By the way, Asshole, you need to show a Birth Certificate to get the Driver's License in the first place.

  • @PattonsWhip You already proved you are a racist, and that you support this law, not as a law of the United States, but because you hate hispanics. Way to go, I hope other readers learn a lot from you and the other troll who made up Constitutional phrases as he went along. THIS is the type of scum that supports SB1070. True Constitutionalists and freedom-lovers do not.

  • watcher8o: Hey, Asshole. True Constititonalists want the borders of our Nation secured, and those who crossed into it, with GOD-knows-what intentions, to be deported, you stupid piece of garbage.

  • watcher8o: You have proven to be a shit-eating Communist, so that discussion is over. If Hispanics want to come here, like everyone else, they can stand on line, behind all those who come here legally, and wait their turn. Or are these Illegal Aliens better than everyone else? They better learn the fucking language, too, since the shit with papers printed in Spanish will be stopped. The U.S. never printed documents in Italian, Greek, German, or Polish for those people, so fuck the damned Spics.

  • @PattonsWhip Hey idiot. Read my posts about this topic. You'll see that I am against SB1070 specifically because it is the way they passed RealID in Arizona after a long hard fight to keep it out. Also, you are a racist moron, and it doesn't surprise me that you support a Nazi-like "Your Papers, Please" Police Force act. Do you even live in Arizona?

  • watcher8o: Your shit reads like the crap from a Comic book, written by a fucking Communist. Now go bury your head back up your asshole, and see what you had for dinner, tonight.

  • Nice way to re read 1070. Sheriff Mac is a joke who likes to twist what the law. This law does not violate the constitution. This judge is a fucking joke! Who twist what the law says.

  • Even if it's against the constitution for illegals to be here, or to kick them out, you look at the source. The Citizens of America wants illegals out. While looking at constitutional rights, you certainly weigh the citizens of America over Illegal Aliens. You choose what America Citizens want before you side with illegal aliens. It's pretty simple. Illegal aliens violate my constitutional rights. When did illegal aliens rights, become paramount over America's citizens. NEVER!

  • @velazquezzz03 Why don't they prosper in life in Mexico? Where they belong.

  • @velazquezzz03 It's not wrong or racist to defend our country. You don't like the way things are done in America, then leave. No one says you have to stay. ASSHOLE MOTHER FUCKER.

  • Joe Arpaio for President!

  • Arpaio is dangerous.

  • he didn't answer the question about whether the war on drugs makes his job harder...

  • I love how Mack attacks the cause of the problem and not the symptoms. Joe Arpaio doesn't seem to understand the Constitution at all. Joe licks boots!

  • "..the Constitution has to be first.." Mack you have my support!

  • strong8action: You're missing the point. The issue is purely one of law, whether or not the government has the right to demand proof of citizenship, which includes from Americans. As it stands now, Arizona's position is that black hair, brown eyes, tan skin and running a yellow stop light is probable cause to instigate a citizenship investigation.

I'm as upset about illegals as anyone, but government harassment is not the answer. Let's crack down on *Americans* who hire them to work instead.

  • Judge....you are good.

  • CTastic1: The Constitution applies to everyone within the U.S., as it defines the rules governing government and protects natural rights which everyone possesses. Read Article 3, Section 2. It clearly states that the legal power of the Constitution extends to issues of "law and equity" between virtually everyone, including citizens of foreign countries and states in the Union...Which includes Arizona.

Besides, the issue isn't the illegals, it's protecting Americans from government harassment.

  • @Recoil1776 Youre wrong in stating the issues as an "either, or" proposition. Americans have a problem with federal government walking the road to serfdom, but a major part of that problem IS illegal immigrants abusing our social support net and acting as a pawn in the corporate chess game being waged by globalists who only care about money.

  • one sheriff says all the laws the other says only laws that do not violate the supreme law... the Constitution... i vote for Mack

  • I wonder when the constitution started applying to Illegal aliens. This is ridiculous.

  • @CTastic1 The Constitution is purely a restraint on government. As such, all people, citizen or foreigner, fall under its protection.

  • @watcher8o The constitution pertains to it's citizens only, as it states numerous times throughout. You're not hijacking the constitution asshole.

  • @CTastic1 Okay, this is a simple matter of logic. The Constitution limits what the government can do. Period.

What you're saying is that the government can violate the Constitution in actions that effect foreigners. Which means that they would be violating the Constitution. If you hold it dear, then you wouldn't be so daft about its trampling.

Please quote where it states anywhere in the Bill of Rights that the freedoms protected from legislation are protected only for citizens.

  • @watcher8o You are correct. And the constitution ensues the people of America are heard. We want illegals out. That is our constitutional right to be heard. 80% of America wants illegals out. Majority wins. Constitution. It pertains to us. NOT THEM. period.

  • @CTastic1 (Doesn't say citizens, does it?)This is what the AZ law violates.Even as evidenced by this video, LE will be demanding ID, and without it you become suspect of illegal immigration.

It is up to the government to PROVE that we are guilty of a crime, and not for us to prove we are innocent.

This whole law turns the entire idea of being a free citizen on its head and idiots like you support it.But when the LEOs are violating your rights, it will suddenly become a Constitutional issue

  • @CTastic1 The Constitution ensures no such thing. Where are you getting this?

The Constitution does not specify that this country will be run by a majority rule, especially in social cases like this. The Constitution states that "persons" will be guaranteed certain rights under the law and that the govt. cannot legislate against those rights.

Seriously, there are Constitutional ways to "remove" the illegal aliens without trampling the Constitution as you so wantonly do.

  • @watcher8o The constitution ensures that the people are heard. We want illegals out of the country. It's that easy. I hope this helps. Hey while you're shredding the constitution give me an evil laugh. JERK

  • @CTastic1 Where does the Constitution guarantee that you'll be heard? Closest I can find is that you have a right to Free Speech, but that doesn't mean anybody will listen.

I think it's funny that I QUOTE the Constitution, and you say I'm shredding it, yet you come up with the strangest untruths and errors regarding the Constitution.

No, I support the Constitution 100%, as an American. You dishonor it by not even knowing what it contains and making up things you'd like to see in it.

  • @watcher8o You're seriously calling yourself an American? You really think the people don't make up the government? You really think our constitutional rights don't matter, but illegal aliens does? over american citizens who want them out? WE THE PEOPLE are the government. OBAMA is a dictator. You complicate the view of the constitution way more than it needs to be. It's pretty simple. People are the government, what we say goes. Anyone who doesn't listen to the people is a dictator like Obama.

  • @CTastic1 So, if 51% of the people said that CTastic1 should be forced out of the country, you agree that you should be forced out? Even though it's you we're talking about, I'm glad it doesn't work that way because then possibly I could be next. No, rights denied to others will soon be denied to you.

  • @CTastic1 Oh, and I suppose George W. Bush wasn't a dictator? Might I refer you to this quote: "You know, this would be a heck of a lot easier if this were a dictatorship, just so long as I'm the dictator." That was George W. Bush on Dec. 18, 2000.

  • @CTastic1 To make this simpler for you, since you're obviously not too bright:

4th Am:"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated"

5th Am:"No person...shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself"

  • @watcher8o 4th amendment says citizen in it. 5th amendment doesn't pertain to illegal aliens. You're a fuck tard seriously. And you say I am the simpleton?

  • @CTastic1 4th Amendment, word-for-word quote:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Nope, "citizen" is NOT in there. You sure you can read? Maybe you're reading something else?

  • @watcher8o where are you getting that? It's wrong. Persons is citizens dumbass. You're reading some constitution off a liberal progressive web site. OMFG constitutional HACKER!!

  • @CTastic1 LOL, troll. Sad, traitorous little troll. I hope others will learn from your mistakes.

  • @CTastic1 5th Amendment states "No person shall..."

Do you beleive that illegal immigrants are non-persons?

  • @watcher8o Keep hacking the constitution to fill your liberal agenda. I'll tell you what, you and all your liberal Friends pay for the illegals, and we'll all be fine with letting them flood the country and turn it into Mexico.

  • watcher8o: Illegal Aliens are non-Citizens, and the Constitution applies only to the Citizens of the United States.

  • @PattonsWhip Are you another idiot who can't read? The Constitution does one thing: Limits the power of the government over people. Not citizens, but any person. If you say, "well, this person or that person has no rights," rights we consider sacred, then you are completely against what the Founders created, totally against the Constitution, and you wish upon yourself serfdom and tyranny. The point of the Constitution is to stop the government, and not to grant you rights you already have.

  • watcher8o: Hi, Asshole. The Constitution was written as a set of laws to govern the people of the new Nation, the United States of America. Now, you should have learned this in School, so I would demand a refund on any Taxes that your parents paid, for your Public School education. When the Constitution was written, only White Europeans were Citizens, and then only White males, of 21 years, and land owners, could vote, or hold office.

  • @PattonsWhip Okay, show me where in the Constitution that it says it "governs the people" or applies only to "citizens." It repeatedly states that it regulates the legislature and is a guarantee of protection on "persons" NOT "citizens." You should be ashamed of yourself for spewing unfounded but often regurgitated propaganda. And speaking of public education, did you look in the mirror? I think it's pretty clear that your indoctrination could only have taken place in public school or college.

  • watcher8o: When the Constitution was written, women could not vote, Blacks were property, and the Indians had their own "Nations". So, the ONLY Citizens were White male Christians, age 21 years, or older. The "People" refered to White European men and women who then resided in the new Nation. That was it. Any attempt at altering the original intent of the Founders, is a Marxist move on your part. You really are a Moron.

  • I support the Arizona law 100 percent.

  • @tradernorton05 Then that means you do not support the US Constitution.

  • @dasmikey1964

To be truthful, there are some parts of the constitution that I dont support.....and I have the freedom to do that.

  • @tradernorton05 You have the freedom not to support the constitution, if that is your desire, but the constitution applies to all citizens. And if you hold any elected office, or are a service member, you are obliged under an oath to uphold and defend the constitution against all its enemies.

  • @dasmikey1964

You're correct, but I still stand behind my comment.
