How do you get to the address bar or close button or anything else? Seems Microsoft forgot not everyone uses a multi-touch device or monitor, and that sometimes the OS needs to be aware of that and adjust accordingly...

What about desktop? All you're focus on is touch and laptop... Windows is originally for gaming... that can only be played in desktop.
