dhl management is horrible. don't blame the workers,
i've been with the company for 7 years and management does nothing but find ways to cut people's hours, while at the same time increasing workloads. Health and safety issues are ignored, and if you're a driver you get no breaks! I bet this guy is on the phone with his supervisor trying to explain why he doesn't have time to do 130 stops, hence the throwing of his freight in frustration.
If you guys think this is bad, then its safe to say you've never seen the inside of DHL's sort center! Everything gets dropped, slammed, and kicked. Multiple times. This video doesn't even compare.
All they care about is that the freight leaves on time.
