This misdirected law is a publicity stunt as it does nothing to address the real issue ..the illegal stops, it only states once a officer does a illegal stop (hello) they have to erase your personal information out of their (pay attention) "ELECTRONIC" data base. Guess what, this law does nothing to stop the NYPD from keeping your information on the actual forms what they continue to do. At the end of the day the NYPD still has your information, just not electronically (or they say). BAD LAW!
