Great memories of spending a week on board in 1959 with my good mate John (Huggis) Hughes. Both of us went on to join the Merchant Navy as Cadets.

Brought back some great memories of being onboard for 2 weeks with about 60 Welsh kids in 1971...........Good to se her rebuilt as HMS Trincomamlee, I need to go to Hartlepool and see the old barge again.....:)
WOW!! What a surprise finding this. I went on a sailing course on this ship in 1983 ish. Thanks for posting this....
