  • What's the ingredient that they add that all of the Indian Vegetarians won't even touch?

  • @seapoot eggs

  • @pavredz I'm sorry but I thought vegetarians could consume eggs?

  • @ConfusedSponge It differs :) Because egg's aren't really meat or animal's. they don't produce egg's with chick's in it.

  • @XxHuntressxX1 in my local asian supermarket, they sell eggs with the chicks inside. aparantly Philipino people like eating them.

  • What is ajinamoto? I never heard of that. Is it the same as msg or accent?

  • @BROOKLYNBEAST226

it is chineese salt which is used for mainly chineese fast food dishes.available in market.

  • @BROOKLYNBEAST226 yes, it IS msg: The literal translation of Aji no Moto is “Essence of Taste,” used as a trademark for the company’s original monosodium glutamate (MSG) product.[2] Thanks to the company's eminent status, its brand has found its way even to notable Asian language dictionaries as a half-synonym for MSG.

  • you have young Indian fan Sam who always want to see you by asking namasthe uncle,By the way he is only 18 months

  • monosodium glutamate (Ajinomoto) is approved to be healthy by different researchers world wide.... It's not poison... and yes, we live in a world where people get allergic to tiny bitsy itsy things.... so there may be people who get nauseous, sweat, blah blah with the consumption of MSG... Luckily I don't have such reactions...:)

  • @Ernests11245 Something to be considered healthy makes some people neauseous? Time to do some research on your own instead of listening to other people.

  • @dr3ddy well there's this organization called World Health Organization, who approved it as being not unhealthy... So, I can be sure....right???

  • @Ernests11245

Youtube and Google: Dr Russell Blaylock

    /watch?v=S8kgJfw699E

  • it is like a shit !!!!!!!!!!

  • @Ernests11245 MSG can be neurotoxic and has been linked to Autism. It's better to avoid it. Nevertheless, great recipe. :)

  • Hello, there is no rigorous evidence that Ajinomoto (MSG, monosodium glutamate) has any damaging effects, and certainly no evidence that it is carcinogenic. Lots of anecdotal stuff whose reliability is in question. If eating free glutamate ions was bad for you, we shouldn't be eating any other source of the umami flavour either, such as mushrooms or seaweed, which are also rich in free glutamate.

Please don't spread these rumours around. Great video otherwise!

  • @marge729 It's not a matter of MSG being a "bad chemical", it's a matter of concentration. Sanjay does it right by using just a dash in a fairly large amount of food. In processed, packaged food you can have 10-15X the concentration of MSG in what you're eating.

Think about it this way: If you eat too much sugar, you can get fat and you get diabetes. Too much salt, high blood pressure and heart disease. Glutamate is an amino acid and amino acids have their balance too.

  • Ajinamoto is not hing. Hing is aesofetida in English.

Ajinamoto is MSG, a flavor enhancer used in Chinese cooking. It is not good for you, and there have been reports of headaches and other issues associated with the use of MSG. I

Indian food needs a good amount of salt in order to balance out the spices, which are very bold. This should not be an issue, as true Indian food is generally very healthy.

  • @sharan1113 thank u 4 these informations

  • mouthwatering reciepe i love it

  • this vid. is made in china? lol

  • what's ajinamoto?

  • @Mnclouds

    aginamoto is a chinese flavoring

  • @desidol22 thank u for ur reply...still i don't know how does it taste like nd there is no chinese shop in my country

  • Wowow I just made these dumplings, GREAT !! I'm not sure if the taste is anything near the real thing, I just guessed the ammounts.. was scared for a bit the balls wouldn't hold, but no problem :D

    many thx !!

  • i love you

  • i love you

  • So, add very little salt! *adds another full hand of salt* :D
