I find it ironic that a country who supported the nazis in world war 2 is now waking up to a holocost all of its own making Ireland is the land of denial

The people were bowed down and crushed by the weight of the religious dogma forced upon them. They were kept ignorant , deliberately, with threats of hellfire and damnation. Most of the population didnt even know much about the 2nd WW, they were too isolated on an island ruled by an inside terror. I know, I grew up there.
