  • I think you have a gift with words and hope to see more books by you. I appreciate the recipes you included. My wife got a kick out of "Chicken under a Brick." I've made it following your instructions as well as using our favorite BBQ sauce. She's telling her friends and family that I cook chicken using bricks... Now they think that I'm a budding gourmet chef! :-)
