The vocal in the background is from a song by Timbaland called (Too Late to) Apologize. A DJ on one of the big boats was mixing music and I think he just laid a track over but I couldn't tell you what the song in the forefront is. I searched iTunes and found some good dance remixes. Good luck!

Sorry, I meant the artist is OneRepublic (there's a OneRepublic featuring Timbaland remix).
There's an Apologize - EP album by De-grees vs. The Real Booty Babes with a variety of mixes I think you'll like.
