@Dragotheone we clip our Cockatoo's wings too. It's only so we know she's safe and can't fly out the door whenever she pleases. she can still glide around though!
@hobosdoeatunicorns From what I've seen lots of people in the US is in favor of doing this, but I won't ever be. I own parrots, and I would never do such thing, I prefer to be very careful, birds are meant to fly.

no, cockatoos do that as a mating ritual. They are very musical, they dance to all kinds of music and in the wild they make their own. If it didn't like it, his head feathers would not be up.
