How to install any version of linux from a USB thumb

This method is nice and easy for most distro's but unfortunatley it doesn't work with pardus 2011, does anyone know a program that could work in making the ISO image install from the usb ?

I tried before using the fedora live usb installer, it can be used with any distro. However when it boots the installation. It says it can't find the image. Then I need to browse to the usb where the image is located. And then still it says it can't find it.

Will using unetbooting work better?

I have a 2 gb USB. -Quick formatted with fat32 -downloaded ubuntu 9.10 desktop-i386.iso -installed iso on USB using unetbootin -reboot At this point I'm getting 3 options 1.default 2.help 3.oem And; Will start automatically in 10 seconds ..Doesn't start? Any idea Note: I got a same brand 1gb USB with BartPE installed and works fine.

If you mean wich version of linux, I reccomend UBUNTU.

i reccomend linux mint btw unetbootin does not work with "ANY" linux distros just the major ones ... some do not work with it
