It because of recoil. You have to aim lower to get headshots. And AK47 has big recoil. So it looked weird.

If you mean the concept of LAN, all computers anywhere can have an LAN session, they just need to be connected to each other.

All the matches were played entirely on LAN, they are not cheating. Some of the clips were recorded from SourceTV (not POV) which is why the recoil looks different.

I suggest you not to do it on your own unless if you have quite a bit of computer skills. Otherwise you'll have no idea what the hell you're buying/putting together, resulting in a waste of money.

You could find some good computer forum, and tell them your current budget, and the best computer you could make out of it and have some friend put it together if you can't.

That's what I'd do.
