This last fight is still bullshit! And I'm refering to the part where William is fighting Michael. Yeah, I know Michael is a hybrid, unique, bla, bla, bla and is stronger than your average lycan. But this is William, who was imprisoned for 600 years, just awakened, with not enough time to recover his full power. Even so, if it weren't for the Cleaners firing their machine gun and Selene firing that G-36 at him, William would have raped Michael in the ass. It was not a fair, clean fight!

Anyway, William was more than half a milenium asleep, with absolutely nothing to feed on. An hour or so wouldn't have been enough to recover his strength. Speaking of strength, even by Underworld laws of physics, there is no way Michael could have beaten William straight up, in a one on one close quarter battle.

The part where Marcus dies after being stabbed through the head reminds me of what happened to that big burly German mechanic in Raiders of the Lost Ark. The way William died reminded me of Norse mythology when Vidar, son of Odin, slew the Fenris wolf.
