Ko Htin Kyaw, who once protested against the deteriorating living conditions and shortage of electricity, in Feb '07,infront of Thein Gyi Zay, came out again (as he promised)on August 25th. to protest against the recent drastic price hikes on fuels. Hence , arrested violently by USDA and Township authorities.
