If I felt like I was the marine then my shirt wouldn't say 'I <3 my marine' and at the time, he WAS a marine, not a recruit. I'm very sure the significant others of those in the marines are very aware that they're not a marine, just in love with one. & this was THEIR support group.

I got those envelopes all through boot. Those are what are available to buy at the store. Plain envelopes, Anthony says, were if they were out of those. Anthony had stationary too, and had to buy pencils and pens.
The only time I didn't get a letter though was when he was on the Crucible.
You did better than me the first two weeks. I went absolutely insane. I got a tattoo, NEVER slept, and I never went home. 0_0 Oh, and I think I told you this but Aar and I had just gotten into a car accident right before he left so I was on vicodin...a lotttt. Ha.
