yes, what she meant was that it's better if people don't get anymore information on how and what they actually do during their episodes because, as she said it glamourizes it. sometimes when people see these things on tv, despite the fact that it's wrong they might actually get more ideas and do exactly the total opposite of what people like kat wanted everyone to avoid.
No - it is well known in the medical community that publicity for bulimia and anorexia can actually lead to more girls becoming anorexic and bulemic. And they learn the different techniques as well. Katharine is only doing what she has been advised to do by the medical profession.
what??? the LESS information about bulimia, the better??? what was she thinking? maybe she wasn't thinking, and she really means the MORE information the better?
