And I don't know where exactly Coco Island is, but it isn't THAT far from Indian territory. And your air force base on Andaman & Nicobar was destroyed in the 2004 tsunami, right? So that AFB is not a useful counterweight to the Chinks bases dotted in the Indian Ocean.
