@MuddleEarth Simon didn't threaten to cancel US X Factor for Cheryl, it was Paula. He specifically said that Paula's deal was down to the last hour on Friday and finally, he told FOX that he's going to cancel the first auditions in LA if she didn't turn up because he wasn't turning up without her.
