  • Why dont you just start the lift from the ground?

  • I can't do near that much weight, but I do have a question, why do you stand on the mats? I see that you go past the mats once or twice, but for the most part you don't. It makes your balance suck.

  • yeah its dumb, but its the only way I can reach the rack.

  • I noticed that once I finished watching the video. If I were you, I would spend ~20 bucks on 2x4's and some ply wood and make a reasonably strong platform to stand on.

  • Nice job on the lifts. Try stiff leg deads standing on 3 45 plates, and pause each rep on the floor. They really strengthen the hamstrings, and low back if you dont use a belt.
