here is a hint if you cant find the starting place. use fairy ring ajq and then walk up the stairs to the cliff platform then head into the city looking thing. head straight north on the east side walkway to the very top

She says how to get there! You go down Lummy Kitchen, talk to the guy there to lead u to the mine, go south of the mine and you'll see a door! go south until u see a door on ur right, go north until u see a quest star point ! that simple! CHEESE
