Norton is trying to make point to point conversation. 9/11 was carried out by terrorists. Plain and simple, No mystery there. What they did that morning was as easy as robbing a liquor store. American flight crews and passengers would not fight back. Most americans are only concerned about their cell phones and cable T.V.
It was not hard at all taking over those planes and finding the WTC. You can see those buildings from miles away. Especially at 5000 feet.
