I've been going to PT for half a year, and this is the main issue, but they don't seem to be addressing it - they keep finding other things "wrong" with me, and meanwhile, my TMJ is in a holding pattern. I'll look at your website - perhaps I can do this stuff on my own and see better results. Thanks.

Oh wow! I'm the poster child...okay, well woman..for this! Been trying to hold shoulders back but then end up with mid to lower back pain.

how do I correct forward head posture? I watched the video on the Prone Cobra is that the excersise that I should do?
