@BlakeDizzIe Its called false chords. Yelling uses your regular vocal chords, False chords screams use a separate set of vocal chords. If your voice gets damaged your screaming wrong.

My voice was fine, it only hurt if i was screaming wrong. But i don't think you realize that i was bored and just messing with you. Just leave the conversation at this, you care about music, so do i. @JennSCHWA people probably hate them cause they combine pop music and "metal". Cause a keyboard player has to fill in where the drummer fails. They are featured in Guitar World but the riffs are awful, there are no guitar solos, and the music is "enhanced" by producers in the studio. And last but not least, cause it's all been done before..but much much better.

Are they normally this bad live? Or was this just a one off bad performance? Regardless of the quality of the performance I do agree with what Danny says about online downloads killing music. More people do need to go out and buy CDs to help keep music alive.

@SamDignon Well, depends. Other musicians though say filesharing is like the golden pot for new artists to get known around the planet, nothing they goodtalk, but it has it's up and downs. And with the purchase of a CD you don't help the artist that much, you mostly pay for the label. Spend money on concerts and merchandise, that is where bands get much more money from.
