  • Seems like the gym hasn't changed. Brings back so many memories. We didn't have JV and varsities in my days, it was just one colorguard! Bobby was the first male guard and Loni really stood out back then. Glad to see that Bobby and Lani have taken over. Need see you guys perform! GO LAHS colorguard!

  • The video is of the color guard and their theme is Aerobic. It doesn't necessarily mean that they're doing aerobics.
