Check the original out and see what you think if youve never heard it before..... Bob Seger in 1978 on his album "Stranger In Town" (or Greatest Hits) and you will hear one of the best rock'n'roll songs ever in my opinion! Seger composed this song in 1977. Of coarse I have to say that Olivia Newton-John looks pretty sexy in this one!

@alexbluegrass We all know that Bob Seger originally recorded it. Olivia only sang it for the opening of her t.v. special "Olivia Newton-John" "Hollywood Nights" She never meant for it to be a single or on any album which it never was. She would agree only Bob Seger can have it as a hit. It's his.

@russiapaul27 What???? "ordinary man????? she is a woman. What???? "modern music????? she is all modern music with "Folk", "Country", "Pop", "Rock", "New Age". Where did you grow up? under a rock. Olivia has been singing since she was very young and today she has been on the billboard charts (which only includes "Modern Music") for the last 5 Decades.

1980! olivia newton-john riding on the wave of "grease" and the recently released "xanadu".... tv special aired pre-oscars ceremony.... WOW!!!! looking hot! sounding hotter! haven't seen this since it was last aired on uk tv in 1982....

@dazmas06 What??? riding on the wave of Grease?? Not actually. She was riding on the wave of her before grease success with country/pop with which Olivia was already a superstar in the "South" (U.S.A.) and all over the world before "Grease". Grease only introduced her to the rest.
