@motorettaspinta Hi there and congratulations! The first thing I'd do (if it hasn't already been done) is give it a complete service - plugs, leads, rotor, cap, coil, oil filter, oil, trans filter, trans fluid, diff fluid, PAS fluid and brake fluid - then get some good tyres on it and just enjoy it!
i was wondering , i know somebody who sells a corvette C4 from 1984 , but he says it has 300 hp , although i think a 300hp version doesnt exist ,; am i right?
@GeNeTiXZ1 Hey up - you're right! In 1984 the only model was the L83 'Crossfire' 5.7 litre V8 which made 205bhp and 295ft.lb - so unless someone's done an awful lot of tuning, or swapped it out, that's what he'll have. It wasn't until the LT1 was fitted in 1992 that they had 300bhp (ignoring the slightly earlier limited Callaway and ZR1 models).
@LashoutUK is it because of the suspension it shakes the car like yours or does it do that when it's stock?
i'm about to buy 1 also a 5.7 TPI! when it shakes like that nobody wants to race that beast in holland! my 1.6 civic makes them scared already so what would a vette make for impression?:P
@hondacivicpower100 They all do that when stock - so you're in luck. Congratulations, that must be quite a rare car there. That'll certainly have them running scared!
@VilhelmAxel Wow, that must be a stand-out colour! The camera, unfortunately, wasn't my new HD one - just my old Olympus digital camera (10 megapixel) set to video mode. Had it for about 5 years now! I think it records in 640x480 at 30fps, I stretched it to fit Youtube's widescreen view. No HD videos of 'vettes yet, unfortunately! Worked pretty well nonetheless.
1:54 is probably the best part of the whole video

@fastcard100 I think it's in the region of 154mph - although I'm not sure if that's for the manual or automatic version :-)

I have the very same model, year 1988, but screaming yellow. The catalytic converter is empty, which helped a lot.
Every spring when I take it out, I tremble like hell after driving my 137 hp the whole winter.
Very good camera btw. I wonder what camera it is.
